Create Your Own Blogging Empire!
Most people today want to create a consistent monthly income which requires little or no effort. Up until now the best method of achieving a consistent monthly income has been through mlm's or network marketing programs.
These methods seem to have fallen out of favor recently because of the difficulty in recruiting and maintaining downlines.
With the popularity of Adsense and other PPC programs, webmasters can now create an extra revenue stream simply by adding some code to their sites and getting visitors to click on the ads.
Some web site owners are pulling in a lot of money using Adsense. There are some earning six figure incomes.
The formula is simple. You provide good content, add the code and drive traffic to your site or weblog .
A click through ratio of only a few percent nets some good profits.
You no longer have to deal with irate customers and slick marketing techniques.
The hottest thing right now is the use of Adsense on Blogs.
Blogs are easier to drive traffic to than regular web sites and can be set up in a few minutes.
Just add your weblog to the right directories and you can have traffic zooming towards you in minutes.
And by targetting high paying keywords you can bring in pretty good profits in no time.
Some bidders are paying up to $80 for a single click and you can cash in on that action.
Savvy marketers are providing lists of high paying keywords for a one time payment. Some offer monthly updates.
If you can come up with the cash for these high paying keyword lists and target the right audience using free or low cost blogs, you can create your own personal ATM.
This is the new gold rush. The only requirement is that you have to update the content regularly.
But if you have, let's say 50 Blogs, each earning you an average of $3 - $5 per day, I think it's worth the effort.

Start Blogging Now: 10 Reasons Why You Really Need a Blog for Your Business
1. It is perfect for creating a web presence for independent professionals who have something to say and who need people to get to know them and what they can do for them. 2. Having your own business weblog gives you credibility and a forum where you can show your expertise. 3. Readers can comment directly onto your weblog , creating interaction and interest. 4. No more waiting for your web designer to update your web site. 5. You can post to your weblog yourself, about any issue, daily if you wish, and get it broadcast into the blogosphere instantly. 6. The search engines love blogs and will pick up your keywords easily, boosting your rankings, making it easier for people to find you on the web. 7. Customers are drawn to personality behind the business. Human voices convey intimacy beyond PR-babble. (To read about this topic read The Cluetrain Manifesto. The first chapter is available free online: http://cluetrain.com/apocalypso.html.) 8. You can network and build up a community of like-minded readers. You weblog , people comment. Others weblog , you comment. Before you know it, more people have heard of you and your business because the buzz gets passed around. 9. You can test out new ideas and get instant feedback. Get your customers and prospects in on the act now and let them help you help them - invite them to talk back! Let them see how you develop your products and services and they can show you how to best to serve them. 10. You can use your weblog side-bars to promote your products, your affiliate products, run weblog ads, sell books, and any other product or services you have. You don't have to include this in the body or content of your article; therefore your posts - your writing - can remain content rich and free of promotional hype. Finally, email marketing and electronic newsletters are struggling because of over-crowded inboxes, spam problems and filters. - On the average, 64.7% of the business e-mail you send is not even opened, let alone read. [source: Q3 2004 Email Trend Report, DoubleClick ] - E-mail marketers are seeing their open-rates range from only "mid-20s to just over 50 %" [source: ClickZ.com] - That means that you are losing at least 50% of your prospective buyers or readers. How much does that amount to in losses over the course of the next few years? - AOL receives roughly 2 billion e-mail messages a day, of which about 75 percent are blocked and another 4 to 7 percent are sent to the bulk folder. [source: ClickZ.com] Sit up and pay attention. The time to start blogging for your business is now.

Will Spam-Blogging Be The Death Of Blogging?
Technorati reports that 30,000 - 40,000 new blogs are being created each day.
According to David Sifry, part of the growth of new blogs created each day is due to an increase in spam blogs.
What are spam blogs? They are fake blogs that are created by robots in order to foster link farms, attempted search engine optimization, or drive traffic through to advertising or affiliate sites.
They contain robot-generated posts made up of random words, with the title linking back to the blogger's own pages.
Many bloggers see them as a way of getting their pages indexed quickly by Google and other search engines.
Sifry estimates that about 20% of the aggregate pings Technorati receives are from spam blogs. Most of this fake weblog spam comes from hosted services or from specific IP addresses.
Those in the SEO world are well aware of this. There are even services like Blogburner that encourage creation of spammy blogs and spam-pinging to get your sites indexed quickly.
As a blogging evangelist, I wholeheartedly recommend blogging as an SEO tactic. But I also emphasize that you should use your weblog for more than just SEO.
At the Spam Squashing Summit, weblog services decided to collaborate to report and combat weblog -spamming.
Technorati currently claims to catch about 90% of spam and remove it from the index. They also notify the weblog hosting operators.
But I believe that they are fighting a losing battle. As I write this there are software and robots being created that will create spam-blogs more efficiently and in ways that will be harder to detect.
The SEO "black hats" are always far ahead of the technology and safeguards that these services can put in place.
Take down a few spam-blogs and hundreds more will arise.
Blogging evangelist and PR guru, Steve Rubel, sums up this dilemma rather well on his Micropersuasion weblog . http://www.micropersuasion.com
He believes that its human nature for people to exploit new technologies, and that it's really up to the search engines to help put a stop to these by undercutting the economics of blogspam, much like they did with nofollow and comment spam.
But the trade-off is that such a move would also reduce any impact that blogs have on search results.
Fact: The more you abuse a technology, the less effective it becomes.
Spam blogging will force search engines like Google to change their ranking algorithms and eventually assign less value to links from blogs.
Unless they put in safeguards to prevent robots from taking over, its safe to assume that blogging will become less effective as an SEO tactic over time.
Of course, the spammers will then just have to find new avenues and means to spam the engines.
But why ruin a good thing in the first place? Blogs are much more than just tools for search engine optimization.
A weblog can be a great tool for personal branding and building relationships with your web site visitors and customers.
Instead of using blogs for spam, focus on building content-rich sites and getting high-value links to them.
Don't restrict yourself to just the SEO benefits of blogging.
Appreciate the value that blogs can add to your marketing and public relations strategy and use them the way they were meant to be used.

Is Blogging For You? Take This Quick Quiz
There's a new craze sweeping the world. It's called 'blogging' and a new weblog is being created every few seconds. But what is it all about and should you join in?
**What The Hell Is A Blog Anyway?
The word 'blog' is a shortened version of 'web weblog '. A 'web log' just means a log or diary-type entry on the web. So if you were away travelling on a round the world trip you might post a diary on a web site so your friends and family could keep up to date with your progress. On this online diary, or 'web weblog ' you might also post photos for your friends and family to view.
And so - the BLOG was born. And it's really nothing more than that - a collection of thoughts and information from one individual to be read and seen by others.
**So What Makes A Blog Different To A Website?
A weblog is more immediate and informal. A weblog doesn't have a homepage as such - it just has weblog entries or 'posts'. The author or 'blogger' makes regular posts into the weblog that are archived as new ones are added.
The main difference between a web site and a weblog is that a weblog is designed to be added to much more frequently than a web site. Some blogs are added to by their authors once a day or more! But it has to be said that such bloggers are in the minority.
**Is Blogging For You?
Well, it provides you with a unique opportunity to keep in close contact with a specific group of people. The CEO of a company may choose to launch a weblog to keep in touch with staff members and shareholders. As a business-owner you might want to start a weblog to let your customers or suppliers know what is happening in your business.
Blogs are not for everyone, so here's a few key questions to ask yourself.
** Question 1
Do you want to keep in close contact, on a one-to-one basis with a specific group of individuals?
** Question 2
Do you have the time to add a new and valuable information to your weblog at least once a week? (Or can you pay someone to do this on your behalf?)
** Question 3
Do you find that people are always coming to you wanting more information about your product or services and that maybe posting regular updates on the Internet about this might free up your time to be spent on other activities?
** Question 4
Are you offering information products or services that you can provide 'tasters' of in a weblog ?
If you find yourself answering yes to most of these question then you should seriously consider starting your very own weblog .
It's A Gut Feel Thing
Ultimately the decision comes down to whether you have things to say to others on a one-to-one basis. Unlike many web sites you see out there, a weblog is very much a person-to-person experience. A corporate weblog wouldn't really work unless you had a face and name that people could put to all the posts.
It's also worth noting that a weblog can be a two-way communication tool. Most of the weblog software available includes options for readers to be able to post comments in response to what has been written. This can be an excellent marketing and research tool for your business if handled in the right way.
Whatever you do - don't take the decision to start a weblog lightly. It can be a big commitment and once you've started out on that road there's no going back. People will be regularly checking your weblog after you've publicised it and the pressure is then on to deliver readable material on a regular basis.
