1. Consider your audience

Even if your weblog is generally personal, still, it would be better to consider the minds of your readers. You have to think of something that would interest them.

After all, most of the reasons of people who write blogs are not at all confined to their own personal motives. Most of them would love to be "heard" (or read) and would love to be known, in some way or another, even for just a minute. Hence, it is very important to come with a write up that everybody can understand, not necessarily that these people can relate to it but they can understand it.

2. Pictures speaks a thousand words

Blogger.com has an extremely high page rank, which means create a weblog by using their service; your weblog will likely be quicker indexed by Google, Yahoo, MSN, or other search engines. Another advantage is that you don't need to worry about the hosting; they will do it for you.

But one disadvantage that I have seen is Blogger.com may delete your weblog without notice and without give reasons. After you done this above, check the box that says you accept the terms of service then click on continue to go to the next step. This is where you will give your weblog a name. Good, you are almost finished registration process. Now all you need to do is to select one template style from Blogger templates providers. There are 12 of them, you can choose one that match with your taste and click on the radio button, after you finished this, click on the continue arrow.
